THOUGHTS

Jenn - Cho Seungwoo and Tae InHo? Please. All In. Excited to see Cho Seungwoo have emotions. Park ShinHye looks fierce and I dig it.

Marisa - I cannot wait to see Cho Seung Woo being the smartiest smartypants and Park Shin Hye channeling Lara Croft! After two seasons of Cho Seung Wo as the buttoned up prosecutor in Stranger, I am ready for this big, action series!

Caitlin - This Kdrama looks like another exciting Kdrama with lots of action. I am always going to watch these. Also I am excited to see Jo Seung Woo in another role that isn't Stranger. It has been so long since I have seen him in a different role than that drama 😂

THOUGHTS

Jenn - Hmmmmmm Choi Kang Hee & Kim Young Kwang? This could either be a ton of fun or Good Casting Season 2. Yikes.

Marisa - I’m hoping for poppin’ chemistry between Choi Kang Hee and her younger self, and also with Kim Young Kwang. I’m hoping for a fun comedy to balance out all the other heavy-duty dramas.

Trailer (sorry - could not find a trailer with eng subtitles)

THOUGHTS

Jenn - THIS IS THE ONE. Yeo Jin Goo is one of my all time favorites and this time he is playing slightly unhinged to full on psychotic? Did you see his performance in The Crowned Clown? CAN’T. WAIT.

Marisa - Yes, yes and yes! I cannot wait for the tension between Yeo Jin Goo and Shin Ha Kyun. I enjoy a dark, psychological drama and these actors can deliver.

Caitlin - It is a crime drama SO I AM IN! You throw Yeo Jin Goo and I AM DOUBLE IN! Anything with serial killers and that the trailer looks creepy - I AM THERE!

THOUGHTS

Jenn - Lee Joo Young? HELL YES. Another time travel story…mayyyyybe. The last one with the connection through the phone - KAIROS was crazy good.

Marisa - I will watch everything Lee Joo Young does. Full stop.

Caitlin - So, I am iffy on this. Time travel is A BIG YES FOR ME! The political aspect of this drama gives me pause. I have a difficult time when politics is the main focus of the drama. So I am going to check it out but I might drop it eventually. I also LOVE the Male lead so I need to watch another drama with him in it. It is also an OCN drama which I trust to give us quality dramas.

Despite his boyish charms and good looks, he is awkward and often makes mistakes that get him into trouble.

Trailer(sorry - could not find a trailer with eng subtitles)

THOUGHTS

Jenn - This one makes me nervous. I’m excited to see Song Joong Gi and I love Jun Yeo Bin so I’m digging that. I think maybe my expectations are too high and I’m preparing for disappointment

Marisa - Do we get Song Joong Ki speaking Italian? I’m so curious to see him as Mafia. And I like the style that Jun Yeo Bin brings – I find her fascinating to watch, she’s got a certain weight to her countenance that I like. This is also led by a writer and PD whose last dramas I loved loved loved and atypical of dramas, the PD is a woman director and the writer is a man.

Caitlin - GIVE ME ALL THE ACTION DRAMAS THIS MONTH! This drama has just an interesting concept for its story. I will admit I am having a hard time imagining how they are going to pull it off BUT WE WILL SEE! It could be an AMAZING and FUN drama so I am definitely going to check it out.
